Obituary for Michele L. Tranchitella
Michele L. Tranchitella, 67, of Washington passed away Monday, May 20, 2024, at OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home in Peoria.
She was born March 24, 1957, in Peoria to Ernest E. and Genevieve Shemas Osterman.
She married Michael John Tranchitella; he preceded her in death in November 2015. Her parents also preceded her in death.
She is survived by her children, Theresa (Zac) Cherry, Jennifer (Edward) Ross, Angela Tranchitella; grandchildren, Alexa Farber, Carson Farber, Caz Cherry, Ace Cherry, Skylar Hohstadt, Zaine, Anderson Ross, Aven Ross; sibling, Jeanine (Jerry) Harkness and nieces, Jennifer Maret and Amber Gossage.
Michele loved her daughter, Theresa, and grandchildren. Theresa and Zac took wonderful care of her mother, Michele. She loved having her nails done and cats, especially her cat, Precious.
Per her wishes cremation has been accorded and no services will be held.
