Obituary for Michael Lee Cotty
Michael Lee Cotty, 65, of Metamora passed away Monday, May 8, 2023, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
He was born September 28, 1957, in Peoria to Orville and Phyllis Pritchard Cotty. His parents preceded him in death.
He is survived by his children, Nicole (Tom) Doll, Chelsea Cotty; grandchildren, Katelynne, Kayla, Kennedi, Johnathan; siblings, Linda (Chris) Skar, Deborah (Dave) Wilson, Ronnie (Cathy) Cotty, Donnie (Jessica) Cotty, Lois (Jeff) Jones, Kenneth (Shoheen) Cotty and many nieces and nephews.
Michael served in the U.S. Navy.
He loved being with his family. Michael was an amateur Ham Radio operator, and he loved bowling, storm tracking and riding motorcycles. He enjoyed electronics and computers.
Cremation has been arranged and services will be held at a later date.
