Mark A. Hook, 62, of West Chicago, IL passed away Saturday, August 15, 2020 in Canton, IL.
Born May 31, 1958 in Oklahoma City, OK to James and Edna Hook. His parents; stepmother, Phyllis Hook; son, David Hook; sister, Merna Collins preceded him in death.
He married Shelly Bicchinella September 24, 1977 in West Chicago, IL. He is survived by his wife; children, Stacy & Ed Bartels, Amy Joy Hook; grandchildren, Cooper, Carter, Shelby, Audrey, Brooke, Drew; brother, David Hook and many nieces and nephews. Mark loved his family and living a peaceful life.
He was a retired elctrician for IBEW Local 701. He enjoyed boating, water skiing, camping, and being in nature. He was a lifelong Chicago Bears fan. He enjoyed doing puzzles, and tending to his lawn and garden. Mostly, he loved spending time with his grandchildren.
Cremation has been accorded and a private family service will be held.
In lieu of flowers, the family appreciates donations to MDA.
