Born on January 4, 1935, in Mississippi to Hurley and Lavergia Anderson. She was one of four children. Married to George Parker, and relocated to Peoria, IL. She was a homemaker and mother of 10 children, Charles Parker, Dexter Parker, Cecelia Parker, Rhonda Hightower (May she rest in peace), Tanya Parker, Marcus Parker, the triplets Phill, Phillip, and Phillis Parker (May they rest in peace), and a unnamed child (May he/she rest in peace). With a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Loved by a host of friends. She was a member of Riverside Community Church. Margaret Parker passed on October 18, 2019. She is loved and will be dearly missed.
