Obituary for Lucille M. Lomax
Lucille M. Lomax, 79, of Bartonville passed away Thursday, February 23, 2023, at her residence.
She was born June 4, 1943, in Mountain Home, AR to William and Grace Jackson Hall.
She married Ronald D. Lomax February 23, 1963, in Peoria County; he preceded her in death February 14, 2010. Her parents; brother, Mark Hall and sister, Glenda Jostes also preceded her in death.
She is survived by her children, Lisa Lomax-Sewell, Bradley Lomax; grandchildren, Quinton (Samantha) Carlyle, Mason Sewell, Dalton (Savannah DeMott) Sewell, Isaac Sunkin, Hailey Sunkin, Tristen Lomax; great-grandchildren, London, Damon, Max, Norah, Quinn; siblings, William (Kathy) Hall, Michael (Becky) Hall, Tony (Sherri) Hall, Gay Huett and many nieces and nephews.
Lucille worked for Walmart retiring in 2016.
She loved her family, her grandchildren and her God. She enjoyed cooking, doing floral arrangements and crafts.
Cremation has been accorded and a celebration of life will be held on Thursday, March 2, 2023, at 5 p.m. with visitation from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Bartonville Christian Church 4900 W. Pfeiffer Road, Bartonville, IL 61607.
