Obituary for Lloyd Heberer
Lloyd V. Heberer, 84, of Pekin passed away Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at his nieces’ residence in Pekin. He was born June 19, 1935 in Peoria to Earl and Alice Welch Heberer. He married Janet and she preceded him in death in 2007. His four brothers; one sister and granddaughter, Amanda Dickson also preceded her in death. His is survived by his children, Vivian M. (Tim) Dickson, Eric L. Heberer; grandsons, Andrew, Brian; sister, Shirley Harper and many nieces and nephews. Lloyd served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War and worked as a Boiler Operator until retiring in 2000. He enjoyed golfing, fishing, drinking coffee and baseball; especially the Chicago Cubs. He loved his family and he will be greatly missed. Cremation has been accorded and no services will be held at this time.
