Obituary for Linda M. Markley
Linda M. Markley, 65, of Peoria passed away Monday, July 12, 2021, at OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home in Peoria.
She was born December 26, 1955, in Fulton County to Loren and Mary Mahr Markley. Her parents and brother, Larry Markley preceded her in death.
She is survived by her children, Kristopher (Mandy) Lancaster, Troy Nagel, Coy (Crystal) Nagel; grandchildren, Austin, Shelby, Abbey, Asher, Cherokee (Rebeca), Kiara, Blaise, Jett, Sadie, Ben, Trent, Coltan, Brayden, Addyson; twelve great-grandchildren; siblings, Brad Markley, Terry Markley and devoted friend, Roz Dillon.
Linda worked as an LPN retiring in 2019. In 2002 she began working for Staff of Life Nurse Agency. She was part owner of West Peoria Bar & Grill.
She was devoted to and loved her family very much. She enjoyed watching her grandkids play sports. She was an avid bowler and loved her dogs and collecting pigs.
The family sends a special thank you to Roz Dillon for always being there and to the Staff of Life.
Cremation has been accorded and services will be held at a later date.
Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society in her name.
