Obituary for Lester Juhl
Lester Ray Juhl, 79, of Pekin, IL passed away at 5:16 p.m. on Monday, June 18, 2018 at his home. He was born May 26, 1939 at home in Dillon, IL to Richard F. and Vada I. (Van Dyke) Juhl. He married Barbara L. Kunzer on October 4, 1958 in Pekin; she survives. He is also survived by his children, Richard Juhl, Cathy Juhl, Susan Juhl and Kevin Juhl all of Pekin, Ted (Kim) Juhl of Indianapolis, IN, Kenny (Deanna) Juhl of Bellefontaine, OH; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; twin sister, Ester Fouts and many nieces and nephews. His parents; sister, Leona Juhl and brother, Everett Juhl preceded him in death. Lester loved blue grass music and fishing. He was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan. Cremation has been accorded and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
