Obituary for Leona Culp
Leona M. Culp 74, of Pekin passed away on Tuesday May 11, 2010 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. Born in Valier, IL to Claude and Bertha Louise Haywood Gulley on August 1, 1935. She married Clyde K. Culp in Valier on December 10, 1955. He survives along with her children: Julie (David) Hess, Keith Culp and Matthew (Becky) Culp all of Pekin, sisters: Margaret Gulley, Mary Gulley and Claudia (Ted) Campbell all of Springfield, grandchildren: Mandy Culp, Chad Culp, Katelyn Culp, Nicholas Culp, Ryan (Lisa) Hess, Cody Hess and Maddie Culp and her great grandchildren Gavin Thomas and Cameron Culp. Her parents preceded her in death. Cremation will be accorded and a Memorial Service will be held at Abts Mortuary on Friday May 14

at 7 p.m. Pastor Dave Phillips will officiate with visitation 2 hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in her name to a charity of your choice.
