Obituary for Leanne M. Borcherding
Leanne M. Borcherding, 60, of Pekin passed away Thursday, March 28, 2024, at Carle Health Methodist in Peoria.
She was born April 22, 1963, in Peoria to Donald and Virginia Keller Borcherding. Her parents and stepfather, Kenneth “Gene” Nelms preceded her in death.
She is survived by her brother, Alan (Carla) Borcherding; devoted friends, Randy Cusick, Jerry Murphy-Wiles and aunt, Georgia (Steve) Mills.
Leanne worked for TCRC as a workshop supervisor retiring in 2022.
She was an avid reader and enjoyed working at TCRC. She loved cooking and crafts.
Cremation has been accorded and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
