Obituary for Larry Floyd Hulick
Larry Floyd Hulick, 90, of East Peoria passed away Saturday, April 16, 2022, at his residence.
He was born April 5, 1932, in Bushnell to Richard F. and Loreta Hamm Hulick. His parents; son, Bradley Hulick; daughter, Cheryl Hulick, and stepsons who he raised, Steve Brewer and Stan Brewer preceded him in death.
He married Sandra S. Coons March 27, 1981, in East Peoria; she survives. He is also survived by his stepson, Harry “Butch” (Ann) Wyman; stepdaughter and caregiver, Deanna Wyman-Leazenby; grandchildren, Matthew Leazenby, Jeffrey Leazenby, Blair Wyman; great-grandchildren, Kinley Wyman Smith, Opal Leazenby, Vara Leazenby; sisters-in-law, Paula Coons, Brenda (Chris) Camper, Pam Vogel who helped care for Larry and many nieces and nephews.
Larry served in the U.S. Navy and worked for Caterpillar retiring in 2002.
He loved his family. He was an avid fisherman, bowler, and golfer. He loved to hunt, and he loved baseball and was a Chicago White Sox fan. He also loved softball when his wife, daughter and sons would play, and he coached first base when needed.
Cremation has been accorded and no services will be held.
