Obituary for Kevin Chandler
Kevin Wayne Chandler, 59, of Peoria passed away October 31, 2014 at his residence. He was born September 3, 1955 in Peoria to Ethmer and Doris Lucille Holt Chandler. His parents preceded him in death. He is survived by his long term partner, Bonnie Austin of Peoria and her parents, Tom and Dottie Austin of Peoria; sons, Mark Dwayne Chandler of East Peoria, Lucas Benjamin Chandler of Washington; sister, Cynthia Chandler of Mississippi; brother, Micah Chandler of Mississippi; sister, Lucinda (Jay) Skaggs of Florida; nieces, Ashley Skaggs of Pekin, Miranda Skaggs of Deer Creek and many friends. Kevin was a musician playing with many people over the years. He was a master mechanic and Porsche enthusiast. Cremation has been accorded and a celebration of life will be held Friday, November 21, 2014 from 8:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. at the Red Barn in Peoria. Memorials may be made to OSF Hospice in his name.
