Obituary for Kelly Ray Hayward
Kelly Ray Hayward, 63, of Peoria, IL passed away, Sunday, October 15, 2023, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
He was born March 2, 1960, in Peoria to Lyle E. and Shirley J. Fletcher Hayward. His parents preceded him in death.
He is survived by his siblings, Kathy Hall of Peoria, IL, Mark (Jayne) Hayward of Trivoli, IL and Randy (Cheryl) Hayward of Pittsboro, NC.
Kelly drove and delivered beverages for several years.
He was an avid sports fan, especially Chicago Cubs, Chicago Bears, Chicago Blackhawks, Peoria Riverman, and NASCAR racing. He participated in Fantasy Football and met with friends to play cards. He was a cat lover who sadly had no cat currently.
Cremation has been accorded and a celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 18, 2023, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Hanna City Sportsman’s Club in Hanna City.
Memorials may be made to SAMS Rescue in Hanna City in his name.
