Obituary for Kayleb Hawley
Kayleb A. Hawley, infant, of Peoria passed away Friday December 30, 2011 at 11:57 p.m. at Proctor Hospital in Peoria. He was born December 30, 2011 in Peoria to Tammy Pendley and Matt Hawley. His is survived by his parents; brother, Bradley Hawley; grandfather, Anthony Pendley; great-grandmother, Winifred Sedivy and several other loving family members. He was preceded in death by two brothers his grandma’s, great-grandpa’s and great-grandma’s. Cremation has been accorded and a Memorial Service will be held Wednesday January 11, 2012 at 5 p.m. at Unity Church of Peoria, 3127 N. Avalon Place in Peoria. Rev. Linda Foreman will officiate.
