Obituary for Kasondra Castle
Kasondra “Sandee” Castle, 49, of Groveland, IL passed away March 8, 2016 at 5:20 a.m. at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria, IL. Sandee was born April 5, 1966 in Chicago, IL. She married Brian Castle on May 24, 2002 in Morton, IL; he survives. She is also survived by her step-daughter, Sarah Siever; grandmother, Helen Wood; father, Jim (Barb) Harmon; brother, Tim (Sandy) Harmon; step-father, Jerry (Martha) Clark; step-brother, Rob (Tiffany) Clark; step-sister, Janet (Chuck) Rouse; first mother-in-law, Penny Fauser and present in-laws, Clarence and Nancy Castle; many other loving family members; in-laws and long time friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, Romanza Clark; her first husband, Don Fauser and his father, John Fauser. Sandee worked as a Business Analyst at State Farm for 15 years. She was a member of St. Jude Catholic Church of Peoria and exemplified the love of Christ. Sandee was a fun-loving, vibrant, and caring woman, and was exceedingly dedicated to her family and friends. She had a beautiful voice and performed with various area choral groups, including Morton Civic Chorus, Ephphetha, and the Castle Family Singers. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Jude Catholic Church in Peoria, Saturday, March 12, at 11:00 a.m. with visitation one hour prior at the church. In lieu of flowers, the family request contributions be made to the National Kidney Foundation and St. Jude Children’s Hospital in her name.
