Obituary for Karen Sue Dams-Peters
Karen Sue Dams-Peters, 67, of Pekin passed away Thursday, April 25, 2024, at her residence.
She was born October 6, 1956, in Pekin to Lyle R. and Marilyn J. Kurschner Dams. Her parents preceded her in death.
She is survived by her son, Justin (Katherine) Peters; two sisters and one brother.
Karen worked for State Farm, retiring in 2012.
She loved her son and daughter-in-law very much. She also loved animals and talking to people. She was a good neighbor. Karen was a champion gymnast in the 1970’s.
Cremation has been accorded and no services will be held.
