Obituary for Judith Stahl
Judith Marie Stahl, 72 of Chillicothe, IL passed peacefully at home on Jan. 23, 2013. Judy was born on March 30, 1940 to Earl and Cola (Chick) Johnson. She married Donald Stahl on Feb 2, 1968, he survives. Judy is also survived by 7 children Kenneth Baker – TX, Rodney (Cheryl) Baker-Chillicothe, Theresa (Donald) Miller- E. Peoria, Donald (Ashley) Stahl-TN, Donna (Tommy) Harvey-Creve Coeur, Kevin Stahl-Creve Coeur and Corinna McClendon-Peoria, along with 13 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren. Judy was preceded in death by her parents, 13 siblings and 2 grandchildren. Judy’s passion was her love for the lord, her children, her faithful dog Freddy, crafts, sewing and gardening. Judy retired from the Mailroom at ICC in 1996, moving to Florida to enjoy retirement and sunshine. Judy and Don spent 10 years there before returning to the Peoria area to enjoy family and friends. A celebration of Judy’s life will be held at 1 PM on Sat. Jan 26, 2013 at Eastside Bible Church 1330 W. Jefferson St. Morton, with Pastor Steve Weber officiating. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to TAPS in memory of Judy.
