Obituary for Joyce Diann Bean
Joyce Diann Bean of Peoria passed away on Saturday, August 14, 2021, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center surrounded by her family.
Diann was born November 16, 1961, in Peoria, IL. The daughter of John Bean and Dorothy (Melton) Kessler. They preceded her in death along with her brother, Victor Bean.
Surviving are her children, Cory, Jamie, and Kodie Veatch along with her siblings, Sue Poston of Elmwood, Annette (Skip) Ashcraft of Princeville, and Dale Kessler Jr of Peoria, and many nieces and nephews.
Diann was a graduate of Woodruff HS. Along with being an avid weather watcher, she was fond of dogs, and was a die hard Chicago Bears fan. She loved being around family and enjoyed her many friends at Gateway at River City Apartments.
At her request, there will be no services. Cremation will be accorded, and a private service will be held at a later date.
Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
