Obituary for Joyce A. Dulle
Joyce A. Dulle, 87, of Peoria passed away July 19, 2021. Born August 20, 1933 to Ivy and Mabel Noe.
She is survived by daughter, Delaine (Dennis) Draper; many nieces and nephews, and longtime sidekick, JoAnne Burke.
Preceded in death by 2 brothers, Donald Noe, Howard Noe; 5 sisters, Lucille Sutter, Mildred Clough, Nellie Lyle, Sarah Landry, Alice Perrine along with several nieces and nephews.
Joyce started her career of over 50 years in retail. Beginning at Carson Pirie Scott in downtown Peoria, then on to Famous Barr, and Macys until its closing. She was still in contact with many of her coworkers and customers that became friends over the years.
Cremation has been accorded and private services will be held.
