Joshua Gene Manning born August 10, 1974 passed away on July 27, 2021 at 11:55 a.m. at OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home in Peoria, IL. Josh resided in Peoria, IL.
He is survived by his mother, Mary Sue Burgess of Strafford, MO; daughter, Alicia Manning of Bloomington, IL; his brothers, Mike (Megan) Manning of Strafford, MO, Chris (Jessica) Manning of Metamora, IL, Chris (Petra) Kaufman of Canton, IL and Nathan Burgess of Strafford, MO and his sisters, Tanya Manning of Peoria, IL and Jennifer Chasteen of Washington, IL. Josh made his home with his significant other, Mary Marfell and her two daughters, Brandi Marfell and Lashley (Da’Rian) Marfell. He was a grandfather of four grandkids that he was very happy about. He is also survived by lots of loving nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. He loved everyone with his huge heart.
Josh loved to fish, the great outdoors, spending time with family and friends and his dog, Shasha. He worked many jobs but liked working construction with his cousin, Billy the most.
Cremation has been accorded and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Memorials may be made to OSF Hospice in his name.
