Joseph L. Howell, 63, of Peoria passed away Friday, August 12, 2022, at Accolade Healthcare of Peoria.
He was born July 24, 1959, in Peoria to Jimmie and Mary Helen Miller Howell. His parents and son, Josh Howell preceded him in death.
He is survived by his daughter, Jessie Howell and siblings, Jimmy (Jeri) Howell, Ruby Jean Bing, and Dan (Linda) Howell.
Joseph worked for Proctor Place John C. Proctor Endowment retiring in 2020.
Joseph was a loving and good-hearted person. He was a devoted father and brother. He enjoyed shopping at Walmart and good food.
Cremation has been accorded and no services will be held.
