Jeffrey E. Smith, 62, of Kingston Mines passed away Saturday, January 8, 2022, at UnityPoint Health Pekin.
He was born May 12, 1959, in Peoria to Leland and Dolores Smith. His mother and brothers, James Smith and Gordon Smith preceded him in death.
He is survived by his children, Jacqueline (Elliott Goodwin) Smith, Jessica (Margaret Long) Smith, Jennifer (James) Zaemisch, Heather (Ryan) Thomas; beloved companion, Mary Gohde; nine grandchildren and siblings, Victoria Swanson and Lenard Smith.
Jeffrey worked in farming until retiring in 2008.
He loved the outdoors, hunting, camping, four wheeling and being with his grandkids.
Cremation has been accorded and services will be held at a later date.
