Obituary for Jeff Scott Jr.
Jeff Scott Jr., 72, of Peoria, IL passed away at 11:44 a.m. on Sunday, September 1, 2024, at Carle Health Methodist in Peoria.
Jeff was born on April 23, 1952, in Scott, MS to Jeff and Annie Lou (Faulkner) Scott, they precede him.
Jeff was a wonderful and loving son, brother, uncle, and friend that was loved by many. He was a beacon of light in many people’s lives daily.
Jeff leaves to cherish five brothers, Willie James Scott, Abel (Cynthia) Scott, Alfred (Ida) Scott, Tony Scott, Eddie (Crystal) Mann; three sisters, Terry (Roosevelt) Sanders, Patricia (Tom) Trapps, and Tonya Scott all of Peoria, IL. He also leaves behind one loving aunt, Ozella Faulkner and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends who will miss him dearly.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Hurdestine Dabbs, and one brother, Rudolph Faulkner.
Per his family’s wishes cremation has been accorded and no services will be held.
