Obituary for Jan Bullock
Jan G. Bullock, 66, of Peoria passed away Wednesday, October 23, 2019 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. He was born July 29, 1953 in Cincinnati, OH to Garfield Bullock and Irene Pelzel. He married Jana L. Johnson October 23, 1979 in Peoria; she survives. He is also survived by his mother, Irene Mary Pelzel; children, Kelli (Charles) Martin; James (Karen) Bullock and grandchildren, Brandon, Hope, Alex, Hugh, Chase, Benjamin, Rylan, Connor and J.J. His father preceded him in death. Jan worked for the Peoria Public Library. He enjoyed his Cincinnati Reds, genealogy, cooking, fishing vintage cars and his computer. He loved his family and grandkids. Cremation has been accorded and a memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2019 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at El Vista Baptist Church 6301 N. Syler Street, Peoria, IL 61615. Memorials may be made to the Peoria County Genealogical Society P.O. Box 1489 Peoria, IL 61655-1489 in his name.
