Obituary for James Cecil Blair
James Cecil Blair, 69, of Peoria passed away Thursday, October 26, 2023, at Carle Health Methodist in Peoria.
He was born July 30, 1954, in Peoria to James Benjamin and Wilma Bernice Sanders Blair. His parents; son, James C. Blair Jr.; brother, Orton Lee Ware; sister, Connie Brackney; sister, Sandra Burr and brother, Bracy Blair preceded him in death.
He is survived by his sister, Debbie Benard; brother, Rick Johnson and many nieces and nephews.
James served in the U.S. Marine Corps and worked as a Cab Driver.
Cremation has been accorded and no services will be held.
