He attended Limestone High School while working at Kartville, the family business. He later was part owner of the business and loved go-kart racing. James also worked at Purina Mills, ran maintenance at Diamondstar, was an artisan Painter for Local 157 and spent most of his life working for himself as a jack of all trades. There truly was nothing he could not make, fix, or rebuild.
James lived life on his own terms. Always friendly with a lively sense of humor and never without a smile, he was always ready to help. He loved spending time with his son, Ben and friends playing pool at Koch Street. He was a great mentor, friend, brother, and an irreplaceable father. He will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts.
