Obituary for Isabella Taylor
Isabella K. Taylor, 86, of Peoria passed away Monday, March 2, 2020 at Hawthorne Inn Assisted Living in Peoria.
She was born May 27, 1933 in Detroit, MI to James M. and Gertrude Fleck Knox.
She married Hartley Taylor; he preceded her in death in September 1999. Her parents also preceded her in death.
She is survived by her children, Jim (Terry) Taylor, Bob (Tonya) Taylor, Tom (Linda) Taylor, Pete (Teresa) Taylor; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Isabella enjoyed ice skating, tennis, collecting Longaberger baskets, feeding her birds and playing Bingo at the nursing home. She loved collecting bears, Beanie Babies and trading them when she was younger. She was constantly stitching and knitting. She loved her family and her dog, Sukey.
Cremation has been accorded and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
