Obituary for Hazel Paulette Carter
Hazel Paulette Carter, 71, of Peoria passed away Saturday, December 22, 2018 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. She was born May 23, 1947 in Decatur to Elze H. and Hazel J. Pfeifer Cater. She married Richard A. Carter December 12, 1996 in Peoria; he survives. She is also survived by her sons, Todd (Tammi) O’Neill of Peoria, Brad (Anna) Moore of Peoria; grandchildren, Shawn O’Neill, Jessica O’Neill, Ethan Moore; great-grandchild, Aiden O’Neill; one brother and two sisters. Her parents; three brothers and one sister preceded her in death. Paulette enjoyed NASCAR and dirt track racing. She loved spending time with her family and she will be greatly missed. Cremation has been accorded and services will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to St. Jude in her name.
