Obituary for Genevieve "Angel" Dudley
Genevieve “Angel” Dudley, 57, of Pekin passed away July 10, 2019 at the OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home in Peoria. She was born April 3, 1962 to Perry and Carrie Hamilton Smith. She married Bradley Dudley July 26, 2003; he survives. She is also survived by two children; one stepdaughter; three grandchildren; three sisters and one brother. Her parents preceded her in death. Angel was a fanatical Cubs and Bears fan. She enjoyed fishing, camping, and time with her family. Angel was also “Mickeys” greatest fan. Known for her quick wit and generous heart, she will be missed by all that knew her. Our love for her will never die, Fly High Our Angel! Cremation has been accorded and a celebration of life will be announced at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the American Lung Association or American Cancer Society in her name.
