Obituary for Douglas Hoshor
Douglas “Bigg ums” Hoshor 60, of North Pekin passed away on Sunday February 26, 2017 at St. Frances Hospital. Born December 10, 1956 to Clyde Sr. and Sally Hoshor. He is survived by his wife Donna, brothers; Clyde (Julie) Hoshor Jr. of Kingston Mines, Greg (Deena) Hoshor of Mason City, sister Kristine (Jim) Paranto of Metamora, children; Chris (Cary) Hoshor of Roanoke, Nick (Jessica) Hoshor of Green Valley, Ashley (Jerry) Russell of AL, Heather Carter of North Pekin and many grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers; Jeffrey and Brad Hoshor, and son Michael Hoshor. He loved Deer hunting, fishing, riding motorcycles, his gun collection and working on hotrods. He also self-taught himself to play guitar. He was a proud member of local Carpenter 183. Cremation has been accorded and a service will be held Saturday March 4th from 2-3 p.m. followed by a meal at the Native American Fellowship Day Spring Church, 201 N. Norwood Place East Peoria.
