Obituary for Debra S. Tipton
Debra S. Tipton, 67, of Peoria passed away Monday, May 8, 2023, at her residence.
She was born June 12, 1955, in Peoria to Belt Rice and Beatrice Wilkinson Tipton. Her parents and brother, Frank Tipton preceded her in death.
She is survived by her daughter, Hallicia (Todd) Welsh; devoted companion, Paul Leemon Jr. and grandchildren, Analicia Welsh, and Trinity Welsh.
Debra worked for District 150.
She loved her family and being with friends. She enjoyed fishing and art.
Cremation has been accorded and services will be held at a later date.
