Obituary for Deanna Lynn Steele
On December 11th, 2022 Deanna Lynn Steele, age 52, said goodbye to her loved ones. Deanna was born on March 4th, 1970, in Peoria, IL to her mother Carole Utley and her husband.
Deanna was a loving mother (most of the time) to her two sons, Nathaniel and Zachary Steele; there was nothing she loved more than them. She was most proud of Nathaniel for the life he made for him and his wife in Pennsylvania. She was most proud of Zachary for overcoming many of life's obstacles and for stepping up to take care of her when she was diagnosed with ALS.
Deanna was preceded in death by her beloved mother Carole Utley and her sister Lisa Ann Utley. She was survived by her brother Michael Utley, her brother-in-law Doug Burton, her son Nathaniel Steele and his wife Melissa, her son Zachary Steele, her best friend Dar Stewart, Richard Turnbull and her three beloved dogs Runt, Simba, Jojo.
Deanna was best known for cooking... She never needed an excuse to make a cake! She loved the beach, gardening, and playing video games with her sons; they always made her smile and laugh so much. Deanna also loved marijuana and the Spring time, especially April 20th.
There will be no services or a celebration of life. Deanna celebrated life with her loved ones when she was alive, so if you missed it too bad. "Blessed be- it's all 6000".
