Dawn Renee Wagner, 55, of Creve Coeur passed away Monday, November 17, 2025, at OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home in Peoria.
She was born on May 16, 1970, in Pekin to Dale and Margie Ann Bong Barlow.
Dawn married William “Bill” Wagner; he survives. She is also survived by her daughter, Kelsi Wagner; stepchildren, Jason Wagner, Michelle Tovrea; grandchildren, Kooper Wagner, Conner Wagner, Brooke Wagner, Brianna Wagner, Reed Wagner, Quin Wagner, Austin Tovrea; parents, Dale and Margie Ann Barlow; siblings, Kristi (Brad) Bennett, Gary (Michele) Wolfer, Stacy (Mike) Coomer and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her stepson, Joseph Wagner.
Dawn worked as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant until retiring in 2024.
She loved her family, and Dawn had a huge heart and was a giver to many people. She enjoyed stock car races, crafting and the beach in Florida.
Cremation has been accorded and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
