Obituary for David Spitznagle
David Linton Spitznagle, 65, of Pekin passed away Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. He was born January 5, 1948 in Peoria to Bobbie and Loraine Reynolds Spitznagle. He married Suzanne McClanathan September 15, 1972 in Bellevue. She survives along with Bobby and Becky of Eureka, Mark and Helen of New York, Christy and Tim of Pekin, Matt of Peoria, Gretchen and Keith of Iowa, 7 Grandchildren and 2 Great Granddaughters. David worked as a technician for Hobart. He was a longtime member of Alcoholics Anonymous for the last 26 years. Cremation has been accorded and per his wishes no services will be held. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association in his name.
