Daniel Michael Vrtis, 34, of Ottawa passed away Sunday, June 7, 2020 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
He was born April 9, 1986 in Elgin.
Daniel is survived by his sisters, Rachel and Maxci. He was a loving uncle to Ryan, Scarlet, and Vinnie. Dan was a beloved brother, great friend, and loved by many. He enjoyed the simple pleasures of spending time with his family and friends. He was surrounded with love, laughter, and happiness.
Cremation has been accorded and private services will be held.
