Cleo F. Ayers, 84, of Dahinda passed away Sunday, January 30, 2022, at OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home in Peoria.
She was born February 15, 1937, in Liberty, KY to Chester and Viola Bertram.
She married Ervin Ayers; he preceded her in death April 11, 2003. Her parents; daughter, Patricia G. Hillen and sister, Mary Elizabeth Bertram also preceded her in death.
She is survived by her son, Allen Ayers; grandchildren, Brian Ayers, Jennifer Weaver; great-grandchildren, Tierney Weaver, Alyssa Weaver, Kaylee Ayers, Tommy Ayers, Alice Ayers, Ayden Ayers, Aaliyah Ayers; great-great-grandchildren, Payson Morrison, Zoey Skaggs and siblings, Phillip Bertram, Paul Bertram, Randel Bertram, Raymond Bertram, and Patsy Knight.
Cleo loved her family. She enjoyed reading, baking, cake decorating, gardening, arts, and crafts. She loved doing puzzles and enjoyed fishing.
Cremation has been accorded and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
