Clara Ann Dowell 76, of Peoria passed away on Tuesday September 22, 2009 at Liberty Village Manor Court in Peoria. Born in Oklahoma City, OK to Harold and Gladys Sweet Dowell on December 5, 1932. She is survived by her daughters: Diana Roe of Peoria and Sari (David) Molta of Syracuse, NY, brother Harold (Johnnie) Dowell of Peoria and her 2 grandchildren. Her parents and sister Mildred Dowell preceded her in death. Clara was a Homemaker. Cremation will be accorded and there will be no services. The Cremation Society of Mid-Illinois Co. Pekin/Peoria is assisting the family with arrangements.
