Obituary for Cheri A. Bauder
Cheri A. Bauder, 71, of Bloomington passed away Tuesday, May 7, 2024, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
She was born January 28, 1953, in Chicago to Douglas and Ava Reed. Her parents and sister, Kay Reed preceded her in death.
She married Edward C. Bauder on February 14, 2013, in Springfield; he survives. She is also survived by her children, Hope Johnson, Valarie Jameson, Jamie (Sandy) Guerrero; grandchildren, Jason Johnson, Amber Johnson, Blake Greening, Faith Jameson, Neil Jameson, Logan Blake, Mackenzie Blake, Gavin Blake, Charles Keck, Vincent Keck, Jameson Keck, Maverick Keck and greatgrandchild, Brooklyn Johnson.
Cheri worked as an LPN for Doctor’s Hospital, retiring in 2003.
She loved her family and grandchildren. She also loved the outdoors and music. She had a great sense of humor and loved her pets.
Cremation has been accorded and a private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
