Charlotte Ann Neeley, 66, of Pekin passed away Saturday, December 5, 2020 at UnityPoint Health Pekin.
She was born August 13, 1954 in Pekin to Thomas and Virginia Warenburg Evans Sr. Her father preceded her in death.
She married Stephen E. Neeley March 22, 1987 in Pekin; he survives. She is also survived by her mother; children, Robert Neeley, Thomas (Brittany) Neeley; grandchildren, Alexander, McKenzie, Hayven and siblings, Tom Evans Jr., Ed Evans, and Brian (Kim) Evans.
Charlotte loved her family. She enjoyed going on walks especially to the park with her grandchildren. She also enjoyed watching TV.
Cremation has been accorded and no services will be held at this time.
Memorials may be made to TAPS in her name.
