Obituary for Chad Sandy
Chad Jeffery Sandy, 38, of Washington passed away Sunday, June 2, 2013 at Richard L. Owens Hospice Home in Peoria. He was born December 16, 1974 in Keokuk, IA to Raymond Hook and Sandra Sandy. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his children, Samantha Shelton, Cheyenne Rankin, Mason Sandy, Shelby Sandy and two grandchildren, Jurney Carlton and Leland Taylor. Chad was a loving father full of life. Always keep a watchful eye, Big Daddy. He was a member of Legion Riders. Cremation has been accorded and a memorial service will be held Saturday, August 3, 2013 at 3 p.m. at the American Legion Post 100 in Washington, IL. Memorials may be made to his family.
