Brian S. Fancher, 53, of Peoria passed away Sunday, April 12, 2020 at his residence.
He was born August 12, 1966 in Monmouth to Larry Fancher and Diane Russell.
He was preceded in death by his father and brother, Jeffrey Fancher.
He married Kimberly D. Hodges August 19, 2001 in Galesburg; she survives. He is also survived by his children, Elijah Fancher, Kylie (George) Alvarez, Ciera Fancher, Tyler Fancher, Sequoya Fancher, Olivia Fancher; grandchildren, Roberto “BJ”, Elijah Jr., Gabriel, Amelia, Eñoni, Layla, Gunner, Faith, Atticus, Nehemiah, Julius, Harlee, Avery, Malachi; mother, Diane Russell Van Zy Verden; mother-in-law, Connie Scyoc; half-brother, Timothy (Annie) Fancher and many nieces and nephews.
Brian worked as a truck driver for Midwest Specialized Transportation.
His family was the most important thing to him. He loved God. He also loved his job, his Harley and his friends and his bib overalls.
Cremation has been accorded and a celebration of life will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to OSF St. Francis Children’s Hospital in his name.
