April Lynn Boddy, 45, of Kansas, IL passed away Monday, August 24, 2020 at Kindred Hospital in Peoria.
She was born June 13, 1975 in Paris, IL to Edward and Mary Blackburn Salsbury.
She married James B. Boddy; he preceded her in death in 2006.
She is survived by her children, Krista Boddy, Arin Boddy, Leah Boddy, Benjamin Boddy; grandchildren, Lucille Noble, Gabriel Alabaugh, Ethan Brown, Cassius Craig; parents, Edward and Mary Salsbury; siblings, Beth (Russell) Dulgar, Michael Salsbury and fiancée, James Boys.
April worked in home care last working in 2020. She loved her family, watching sports with her fiancée and taking her grandkids to the park. She enjoyed having lunch with her mom and sister. It gave her joy watching the kids opening their gifts at Christmas and their birthdays. She also loved taking trips to the zoo and amusement parks.
Cremation has been accorded and private family services will be held.
