Obituary for Anne T. Berge
Peoria - Anne T. Berge of Peoria passed away on December 19, 2007 at Proctor Hospital in Peoria. She was born in 1940 in Canton to R.L. and Maurine Taff Shepley who preceded her in death. She married Lyman Berge in Canton in 1973, he survives along with her son Steven (Deanna Pompa) Berge, step-daughter Lisa (Adrian) Hackman of Mason City, IA, four grandchildren; Breighana & Bayleigh Berge, Emily & Isaac Hackman and sister Sarah (John) Mistic of TN and FL. She graduated from Canton Senior High School and MacMurray College, where she was a member of Pi Gamma Mu. She also was a non-resident member of Chapter BZ, PEO Sisterhood of Canton, IL. Cremation has been accorded. A gathering of family and friends will be held at Barrack’s Cater Inn on Thursday December 27, from 11 to 2 p.m. In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Fulton County Animal Welfare Shelter; P.O. Box 701 Canton, IL 61520. The Cremation Society of Mid-Illinois Co. is assisting the family with arrangements.
