Andrew Campbell IV, 42, of Creve Coeur passed away Sunday, October 31, 2021, at his residence.
He was born January 20, 1979, in Galesburg.
He is survived by his daughters, Amyia Wynan, Anasia Campbell, Jazmine Holst; mother, Tammy (Rusty) Losh; father, Andrew Campbell III; brothers, Maurice Campbell, Michael Campbell, Bishop Campbell; sisters, Nicole Hall, Tynica Bell, Essence Campbell, Erica Campbell; several nieces and nephews and lifelong partner, Crystal Holst.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Andrew and Dorthy Campbell and aunt, Sheila Stacey.
Andrew worked for Sam’s Club.
Cremation has been accorded and a celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 12, 2021, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at 1917 N. Wisconsin Ave., Peoria, IL 61603.
