Amber L. Vance, 33, of South Pekin passed away Saturday, January 11, 2020 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
She was born March 12, 1986 in Peoria to Lora Vance and Paul Hunt.
She is survived by her parents; children, Dawson Hallihan, Braylyn Bennett and brother, Daniel Buchanan.
Amber loved her children who were her whole life.
How can you summarize an entire life in one paragraph? This is the question that was not only going through my mind but every person that Amber’s kind soul had ever touched.
She was an incredible and inspiring person. Humble, caring and compassionate to every-one. Instead of judging people she sought to understand them.
She endured many challenges but somehow her children were always her focus. She had an unshakable deep bond and belief in her children.
She didn’t have much money and would often sacrifice so that her children didn’t go without even when she was ill.
We love Amber with all our heart and soul. We will miss your presence and smile for the rest of our lives, our hearts are broken forever.
Its amazing how strong you can be when you don’t have a choice.
