Obituary for Alan L. McCloud
Alan L. McCloud, 66, of Kingston Mines passed away Sunday, June 13, 2021, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
He was born August 25, 1954, in Peoria to Amos and Mary Jones McCloud. His parents and sister, Constance Saylor preceded him in death.
He married Karen S. O’Neill November 9, 1988, in Peoria; she survives. He is also survived by his stepchildren, Jennifer Marrs, Jimmy (Julie) Marrs; grandchildren, Mason Wilson, Morgan Wilson, Lillie Marrs and nieces, Katina Crebo and Donna Kuntz.
Alan worked as a truck driver for a meat company, retiring in 1989.
Alan loved his family, especially his grandkids. He was an avid fisherman who called Banner Marsh his second home. He was an avid St. Louis Cardinal and Chicago Bears fan.
Per his wishes cremation has been accorded and no services will be held.
