Obituary for Wyona Adams
Wyona Kay Adams, 67, of Peoria passed away Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at her residence. She was born July 14, 1950 in Peoria to Donald L. and Loise E. Staton Badgerow. She married Leigh A. Adams on December 20, 2005 in Peoria; he survives. She is also survived by her daughter, Juscinda (Harold) Harper; son, John Hale; grandchildren, Alex and Ethan Hale, Butchie and Billy Harper and great-grandchildren, Currencii and Nova. Her parents; brother, Donald Badgerow Jr. and sister, Sue Urish preceded her in death. Wyona worked at a nursing home until retiring in 2012. She was full of life, had a big heart, loved her family and animals. She enjoyed reading, shopping and being on the computer. Cremation has been accorded and services will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to TAPS in her name.
