Twila S. Bell, 91, passed away July 24, 2017 at Renaissance Care Center in Canton, IL
She was born July 22, 1926, in Canton, IL to Elmer (Sparky) and Leona (Kemper) Schwarz.
She married Jack R. Ward on September 1, 1944 in Canton. On July 20, 1957 she married David O. Bell who preceded her in death in 2002.
Surviving are three daughters, Mary Lou (Leonard) Rounds of Canton: Donna Cooper of Zephyrhills, FL.; Patricia (Gunes) Ozyurt of Springfield, Il; Two Sons, David (Sheila) Bell of Lewistown, IL and Martin Bell of Canton, IL. One Sister Anneta Gardner of Anoka, MN. Fifteen Grandchildren, 20 Great Grandchildren, and 5 Great Great Grandchildren.
She had worked at International Harvester for 13 years and 23 years at MidAmerica National Bank of Canton.
She was a 55 year member of the First Baptist church, and had served in several capacities.
Cremation rites have been accorded, and a Celebration of life will be held at First Baptist Church on August 5th at 1:00 PM. Memorials may be made to the First Baptist church, at 301 East Elm St, in Canton, IL.
